It also allows many of their customers to keep track of their savings using their membership and would prevent many customers from switching retailers to prevent losing many of these Xtra Dollar or Tool Rental Credits. Some things that we would recommend implementing into this app would be a tracking system of how many customers are in the store to help mitigate overcrowding or excessing foot traffic so customers can navigate the store seamlessly.
